Os COM.IT.ES(Comitês dos Italianos no Exterior) são órgãos que representam as exigências dos cidadãos italianos no exterior nas relações com as representações diplomáticoconsulares. Os COMITES podem representar instâncias da coletividade italiana residente na circunscrição consultar, junto às autoridades e instituições locais. Além disso, ainda contribuem para a identificação das exigências de desenvolvimento social, cultural e civil da sua comunidade.
